Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Synverse Games (“Synverse”, “we”, “us”) for the mobile game Super Village: 3D Adventure (the “game”). By downloading or playing the game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who can play

The game is intended for players aged 16 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to play and to make purchases.

2. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the game on your devices for non-commercial purposes. The game, its code, art, music, texts and trademarks belong to Synverse or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. In-game items and currency

Gold, horseshoes, outfits, pony items, surprise-box contents and progress have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you, not sold. Surprise boxes contain random items; the chances are shown in the game before you open one. We may balance, change or remove in-game items as part of updating the game.

4. Purchases

The game offers optional purchases through Google Play or the Apple App Store, subject to their terms and refund policies: VIP, Remove ads and outfit packs are one-time purchases that you keep; gold packs are consumed when delivered; the Village Club is a subscription (section 5). Prices are shown by the store in your local currency, and the store handles payment. One-time purchases can be restored with the same store account (on iOS with “Restore” in the game’s shop). Because your progress is stored only on your device, consumed gold and progress cannot be recovered after you uninstall the game or change devices. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Village Club subscription

The Village Club is an optional, auto-renewing monthly subscription. While it is active you get no full-screen ads, rewarded offers without watching a video, a daily gold gift when you visit the village, and double horseshoes from quests. The benefits may change as the game is updated; we will describe the current benefits in the game before you subscribe.

• The price is shown in the game and by the store before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically every month and your account is charged for the next month within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Google Play account (Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). The game’s “Manage subscription” button opens these pages. Uninstalling the game does not cancel the subscription.
• After you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds for a partial period are handled by the store under its own refund policy and applicable law.
• Gold received from the daily gift and horseshoes received while subscribed are yours to keep after the subscription ends; ad-free play and video-free rewards stop when it ends.
• If the price changes, the store informs you in advance according to its rules, and where required asks for your consent before the new price applies.

6. Ads

The game shows ads provided by third parties through the Appodeal mediation platform. Rewarded videos are optional. We are not responsible for third-party products or websites shown in ads.

7. Fair use

Do not use the game for unlawful purposes, tamper with it to obtain purchases or items without paying, or interfere with the services of our providers.

8. Availability

We work to keep the game working well, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature, including the Village Club; if we stop offering the Village Club we will not renew active subscriptions.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Synverse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of in-game items. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Ending these Terms

You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it (and cancelling any subscription in your store account). We may end your license if you seriously breach these Terms.

11. Apple devices

If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

12. Law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims there. We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continued play means you accept the update.
