GAMESTerms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Synverse for the mobile game Watt Street. By downloading or playing the game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent's or guardian's permission.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the game on your devices for non-commercial purposes. The game, its code, art, music, texts and trademarks belong to Synverse or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law expressly allows it.
3. In-game items and currency
In-game money, items, boosts and progress have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may balance, change or remove them as part of updating the game.
4. Purchases
The game offers optional in-app purchases. They are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. One-time items (No Ads, Starter Pack, ×2 income) can be restored with “Restore Purchases” in the in-game Shop; Patent packs are consumed when delivered. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5. Ads
The game may offer optional rewarded ads. Ad content is provided by third parties (Google AdMob), and we are not responsible for third-party products or websites shown in ads.
6. Fair use
Do not use the game for unlawful purposes, attack or overload our services or those of our providers, or interfere with other players' use of the service.
7. Cloud save and availability
Cloud backup is offered as a convenience. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the game or its online services will always be available, error-free, or that data can never be lost. We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Synverse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of in-game items. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these Terms.
10. Apple devices
If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
11. Law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims there. We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continued play means you accept the update.
